• Motorbikes (including those with sidecars) with a cylinder capacity of more than 50 cm³ or with a maximum design speed of more than 45 km/w
• three-wheeled motor vehicles with a power exceeding 15 kW and three-wheeled motor vehicles with symmetrically arranged wheels and a cylinder capacity exceeding 50 cm³ in the case of internal combustion engines or a maximum design speed exceeding 45 km/h and with a power exceeding 15 kW.
